This light and airy St Paul Engagement Session sure had my heart skipping a beat! Jake and Whitney have been together for 5 years, and in just a couple more weeks, they’ll be tying the knot at The Red Barn Farm of Northfield.

July can be very hit or miss weather wise, because those super hot and humid days just aren’t the best for photos (if we can actually be picky), so I was thrilled when we had a somewhat mild day, and the sun peaked at golden hour!

I ask a lot of questions during my sessions, and try to make the whole time fun, and not awkward! Jake and Whitney were so cute and snuggly I didn’t have to work very hard at all!

This spot is usually FULL of people, but because of COVID, we pretty much had the whole area to ourselves! It was absolutely gorgeous! I loved this light and airy St Paul engagement session!

I had so much fun with Whitney and Jake for their session, and I’m so excited to be part of their wedding day coming up! I’m also thrilled they are moving forward with their plan A for the wedding, even with Covid! They are just having to modify a few things to make it work, and make it safe.
