I’m completely obsessed with this golden hour maternity session! Could be that I’m just plain obsessed with these two humans… It’s hard to even grasp that I met them around 2016 for their engagement session! Then I shot their wedding and we became friends. They came to MY wedding, I shot their friends weddings, and well, I just love them!

So obviously I just had to shoot their maternity session, right? I mean, at this point I think we’re stuck with each other for life. This baby literally has the coolest parents and I can’t wait to meet him! After I had my baby Aaron and Justine came over for a quick visit. They dropped off their pregnancy announcement: a pink and blue cake pop! And some energy bites for me :-).

I often say my clients become my friends, but man do I feel lucky I met these two all those years ago! On May 8th I got to photograph Aaron’s sister wedding reception in Downtown Minneapolis, and I’m hoping to be a part of many more special events in this family’s life!
