This gorgeous beach sunset engagement session has me wanting to pack my bags and leave MN for somewhere warm! Oh, and probably get an adorable puppy like Rico too! Man those puppy eyes just melt my heart into pieces! These two lovebirds are getting married in July, and I can’t wait to be there when they say “I do!” They drove something like 5 hours to have their engagement session with me.

July will be my turn to drive to North Dakota for their wedding! It will take place at the gorgeous The Pines!

I’ve always had a serious addiction to black and white photos, and think they are so timeless. Looking at images like these three below, I can’t help but think of how cool it will be to show these images to their kids years from now, and grandkids after that… I barely have any photos of my grandparents, and my mom’s first photo of herself was taken when she was nine years old! I love that my job involves freezing time in the form of photographs for my clients!

This will not be the last beach sunset engagement session, trust me! I have half a mind to have a session for my little family at this same spot, because I love it so much! I currently have a session booked for us in May, August, and December. Yes friends, I’m a photographer who truly believes in getting photos taken, AND printing them!

I just ordered six 25×25 framed canvases to put in my house, and it looks soooo good! I’ll take photos soon when I do a full house reveal!
