This session was very different than my light and airy work. The mood was darker, lots of harsh shadows. My goal was not to make them laugh, but to take them back to the 1940s style of photography. Their mom, Danielle, works with hair and makeup, and completely styled the girls to perfection! We were also able to have the session at the Pearl Salon, in Shakopee, where she works! One of my favorite things about the photos is looking at the expressions on their faces.
