This is one of my favorite families ever! It’s been years of getting to know each other, and I love that I’ve seen Derek and Tara become a family of their own. I photographed their engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn(s) sessions, one-year sessions… I still can’t believe how lucky I am to be there when people are celebrating the best times of their lives! Even better, I get to photograph those moments for them! 

I was thinking of their oldest daughter, and how even though they tried to not have a super girly girl, she loves pink, dresses, and basically all things “girl.” We just can’t help but love and encourage her in what she likes! And those pigtails!!!!
