This room full of books was one of my favorite rooms in their house. The story behind it, one of my favorite stories they shared with me. You see, reading is also part of their love story. They choose a book, and read it on their own time, but together. Then they talk about it. I love that they said they each have so much to share about how it made them feel, or thoughts that came to mind while reading. and after they share and talk to each other, all their individual ideas become a much bigger interpretation of the same book. This is #relationshipgoals right here! 

I also love how Laura decorated the room. The vibrancy of the orange walls, the little touches of animal print, the very special book “A Love that Melted All the Tigers in the World to Butter,” which I didn’t even realize was made by Laura until I was editing and thought it was the best title EVER! 

It’s beautiful to see that in eight years, they have grown and evolved as individual people, but they’ve also become more perfect for each other. They’ve grown closer, and not apart, and all these little elements of their love story just keeps making them stronger… It’s been eight years, but it’s still just the beginning of their love story.
