This studio light and airy family session is going down as one of my absolute favorites! I think the fact that this little princess is one of the cutest 1 year olds out there could be the reason! Or the fact that I’ve been working with her parents since they were only engaged over 4 years ago!

People often ask me why I don’t specialize in just weddings, or just families, and the truth is I love staying with my couples as their lives change. I feel like I specialize in “connection.” I connect with each of my clients, and through that connection I’m able to photograph THEIR connection.

Now that I am a mother to a baby who accepts to be in front of the camera, I can feel how important these family photos are! Because God knows how many times I tried adding my cats to sessions unsuccessfully! Absolutely no cooperation from my beasts!
