It’s day 326 of extreme cold, and a gazillion inches of snow, in Minnesota… So I’ve been really loving these in-home sessions. I photographed P+K’s wedding last August, and love how they’ve incorporated their wedding photos in their home decor. In the living room they have 9 framed pictures (you can get these beautiful frames at Target), and in their bedroom they have a set of 5 frames, from Crate and Barrell.

I’ve been obsessed with these two since the day I met them, and I know this is a friendship for life. I asked Patrick something he was enjoying about being married, and he said “the little things…” What little things? I asked. His response blew me away: “I clean the kitchen before she gets home so she can come home to a clean house, and I pay her bills before she sees them so she doesn’t have to worry about it.” Seriously, Patrick, you’ve the bar high for every guy out there…
