If you know me personally, or follow me on Instagram, you know I am pretty obsessed with macarons and cupcakes. You also know that trips to Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe are a must in living a happy life! So there was no question in my mind about who would make my wedding sweets. 

The tasting was a formality, and it was fun taking my parents to try my favorite shoppe in town! 

Our cupcake flavors were Salted Caramel, Samoa, Red Velvet, and Strawberry Margarita! Macaron flavors were Nutella, Tripple Berry and Passion Fruit! We also ordered a Norwegian cake to honor RJ’s heritage, and a naked cake, because they are stunning! The pictures below are from our tasting. 

AND THESE ARE THE WEDDING DELICIOUSNESS! We got so many compliments on our sweets! Amy chose all the colors for everything, and it matched perfectly with our wedding colors and decor. She went above and beyond in every level! 

Our favors were also macarons from Amy! I always love when people do something edible for favors, and macarons are perfect and look so cute! 

The picture of me below is right before my ceremony. I ate 5 macarons right before walking down the aisle… They were PERFECTION! 

Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe is my favorite in Minnesota, and I would highly suggest getting all your sweets from them :-).
