I was talking to Brandon at the end of the wedding, asking him about the experience of getting married in Vegas, and I love what he said about it: “I wasn’t sure how it was going to be, but everything was perfect.” Planning an out of town wedding is HARD WORK, and Brandon and Lisa absolutely nailed it. The wedding itself was also not what most people think of whey they think of a Vegas wedding. Elvis did not marry them in a little white chapel, instead, a real minister performed the ceremony, and to be honest, it was one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen. His words were simple, but held so much meaning.
B+L got to say “I do” surrounded by over 60 of their closest friends and family. The Bellagio was for sure the icing on the cake. Just a stunning location. Being they don’t allow outside photographers we did most of the photos inside their hotel room (a gorgeous penthouse!).
The jewelry Lisa was wearing was mostly all family heirlooms. Her grandmother’s ring and watch as well as some a bracelet from Brandon’s grandmother.
A very emotional first look for these two. I was so happy they trusted me to be there with them, making sure none of these moments were lost in photos. I was so thankful we had such a gorgeous room to work with for photos!
And then it was time to make it official! More tears, and a lot more emotion as they vowed to be faithful to each other, and become husband and wife! When the ceremony ended we all walked to Trevi for the reception! I’m just going to say that the food was so delicious I still think about it! It was the perfect location for the reception!
B+L’s wedding was for sure a whole day to remember! Even better, it was a few days to remember as most everybody went early to hang by the pool and do Vegas justice! Cheers to an amazing day, and a whole life of making memories!
