It was seven years ago that this family entered my life. We’ve become friends, and it is just an honor to see Q and D growing up. It’s also fun because I see them 2-3 times a year, so I feel like I can really stay in touch and be part of their lives! 

D  is now 3! And so hard to believe because I took his newborn photos! He doesn’t LOVE pictures, so mom and I got busy figuring out ways to get his attention, and his smiles! D and I share the love for white cakes (no chocolate cakes for us), he also loves elephants, and I got the biggest smiles from him after asking him what his favorite movie was, which he answered “Moana,” and getting him to sing the songs from the movie! 

He’s growing up fast… I remember him as a sweet little newborn, and can’t believe he’s a big boy now! He held mom’s hand as we walked around town, often stopping to hug her legs and say something sweet. He melts our hearts!
