Imagine my happiness when Amy, from Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe, invited me to try her soon-to-be-released, edible raw cookie dough! Today at 11:30am I drove to Hopkins to try her three new recipes, and OH MY GOSH, they are to die for! Let’s be real, I AM one of those people who eat raw cookie dough all the time, and just to know I will soon be able to get it from Amy makes my heart sing…

And then she brought out the macarons, making me just about faint from excitement! The dark brown one above is actually Chocolate Nutella (I know, I almost died).

She showed me some of her fabulous wedding cakes and new cupcake flavors for the shoppe, and all I wanted to do was ask her if I could move in and be her personal taste taster… A girl can dream, right?

Will somebody PLEASE buy me this fabulous box of goodies? I think Amy should call it “Amy’s Signature Box” and fill it up with macarons of all colors…. Oh, what a morning I had!
